Tenders

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is Germany´s oldest political foundation. Established in 1925, the FES is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. To mark this occasion, FES Nordic Countries is looking for an agency to collaborate with the event planning, management and evaluation.

The event will take place in central Stockholm and is scheduled for mid-November. It is designed as an after-work event and we expect around 100 distinguished guests and keynote speakers.

What are we looking for?

  • Support with the conceptional and organizational design of the event (approx. 10h) in close cooperation with the team responsible at FES.
  • Implementation of the FES´ framework for public procurement, internal financial regulation and administration.
  • Amongst the organizational tasks to be conducted are: location scouting with the team, event conception, organization of technical detail, catering, manning registration and cloakroom on the day as well as other monitoring tasks (approx. 10h)
  • Communication tasks to be conducted are: design and distribution of invites, as well as registration management (approx. 20h)
  • Public relations of the event (approx. 15h)
  • Organizing photographic documentation of the event as well as social media coverage of the event (approx. 15h)
  • Support with travel management (primarily keynote speakers) (approx. 10h)

When evaluating quotes, we put particular emphasis on the agency´s experience with events in the sphere of FES target groups. The costs for renting the venue and catering should not be part of the quote.

Please send you offer to Josefin.Furst(at)fes.de until September 16 latest. If you have any questions or require further information, please also contact Josefin.
