Join us on 11th of June 2025 (12:00–18:00) in Brussels

as we explore Gender-Inclusive Digital Policy—examining how to develop an inclusive digital ecosystem, address the impacts of AI on women’s safety, health, and equality, and integrate a gender and intersectional lens into AI literacy.

This conference is co-organised by FES Future of Work, FEPS Europe, FES Nordic Countries, and FES Ireland.

We’re excited to present a powerful lineup of confirmed speakers—uniting voices from across Europe to shape a more inclusive AI future:

Ivana Bartoletti, Christina Kampmann, Isabelle Schömann, Florence Raes, Sophie Jacquot, Marta Markey, Laeticia Thissen, Mariam Camilla Rechchad, Anastasia Karagianni, Victoire Olczak, Dijana Šobota, Johannes Anttila, Meike Büscher, Anna Kraft, Inga S., Aline Brüser, and Dr. Silvia Semenzin.

The conference will address the following key questions:

  • How can EU and national institutions take a more proactive role in fully integrating women’s rights into digital policies?
  • How can we advance women’s rights in the development of Europe’s digital ecosystem?
  • How can we strengthen AI literacy in the workplace to ensure equal opportunities for all?
  • What strategies can be implemented to address gender inequalities in occupational safety and health?
